Gaps Exist Between Railing Parts
Acceptable Performance/Condition Gaps between interior stair railing parts shall not exceed 1/16 Inch in width. Warranty One-Year Work and Materials Gaps resulting from normal shrinkage of materials due to drying after construction are excluded from the warranty. Action Railings not meeting the acceptable condition shall be repaired. Remarks Minor gaps may exist due to different methods of fabrication of the railing. |
