Gap Between the Door and the Doorjamb is not Uniform
Acceptable Performance/Condition The width of the gap may vary on different sides or edges of the door. Where the builder installs the door frame and door, the door edge shall be within 1/8 Inch of parallel to the door jamb. Warranty One-Year Work and Materials Damage resulting from normal shrinkage of materials due to drying after construction is excluded from the warranty. Action Doors not meeting the acceptable performance shall be repaired. Remarks None. |
