Air Conditioning Coolant Line Leaks
Acceptable Performance/Condition Air conditioning systems supplied and installed by the builder shall not leak. Warranty One-Year Work and Materials Damage resulting from improper maintenance, or from additions, deletions or alterations made by the homeowner is excluded from the warranty. Action Air conditioning systems not meeting the acceptable condition shall be repaired. Remarks None. |
