Condensate Line is Blocked
Acceptable Performance/Condition Condensate lines from furnaces, air conditioning condenser coils and heat recovery ventilators shall be free from blockage. Warranty One-Year Work and Materials Damage resulting from normal wear and tear or improper maintenance is excluded from the warranty. Action Condensate lines not meeting the acceptable condition shall be repaired. Remarks No builder responsibility. Condensation lines will clog eventually under normal use. This is a homeowner maintenance item. Builder shall provide unobstructed condensation lines at time of occupancy. |
