Rain Gutterw or Downspouts Leak
Acceptable Performance/Condition Rain gutters and downspouts shall not leak at joints. Warranty One-Year Work and Materials Action Rain gutters and downspouts not meeting the acceptable performance shall be repaired. Remarks Gutters and downspouts must not leak but gutters may overflow during heavy rains. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to keep gutters and downspouts free of debris. |
