Roofing Nails are Exposed
Acceptable Performance/Condition Roofing nails shall be covered by overlapping shingles or by sealing. Warranty One-Year Work and Materials Action Roofs with nails not meeting the acceptable condition shall be repaired. Remarks The overlying shingle must cover the nails to ensure adequate weather protection. Sealant applied to nails shall not detract from the overall uniform roof appearance. |
