Deteriorating Masonry
Acceptable Performance/Condition Masonry shall be manufactured and installed to prevent premature deterioration. Warranty One-Year Work and Materials Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper maintenance or additions, alterations and deletions made by the homeowner is not covered by the warranty. Action Masonry that is deteriorated, detached, or displaced shall be repaired. Remarks Durability is dependent on the type of masonry and the conditions that the masonry is exposed to (e.g. salt, soil). The color/texture of repaired areas shall match the existing as closely as possible when dry. |
