Acceptable Performance/Condition Structural columns (wood, masonry, concrete or steel) in an unfinished basement shall not be out of plumb more than 1 Inch in 94 1/2 Inches. Warranty One-Year Work and Materials Ten-Year Major Structural Defect Action Structural columns out of plumb more than the acceptable condition shall be repaired. Remarks None. |
