Scope: Design and Construct a New Residence
The Story: Mr. Ripling approached us based on referrals from a couple local professionals in the area. Together we researched property located in Pine Mountain Club, California. He settled on a parcel and we began to work on the design of the house. Much credit needs to be given to Mike and his Son as they worked together to come up with the initial design. The Story: Gary and Pat approached us at our booth at the Tehachapi Farmers Market. They had a home they dreamed of building, but were bribing us with a detached oversized garage to build at their existing home to see how well we could do at that. We got the garage built in record time and they were thrilled with the results. True to their word, after an extensive collaboration with Pat on its design they contracted with us to build it. The Story: Referred by an Architect and a couple of people Gloria approached us to bid on an Addition she desired to have added to their get away in the mountains. Competing with 3 other Contractors we were awarded the contract. Gloria made it quite clear that she had high expectations for the quality that went into this project. The client became Quadrapalegic and required barrier free adjustments. She had a Contractor but things went South due to costing issues and well over a year in delays.
